Remember to provide as much information about the brand, style, size, color, etc. of the tile or trim product of interest to assist our staff while researching your request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 business days, or depending on product availability) for our sales staff to reply to your initial quote request.

Important Note Regarding Shipping Rates (Online):
- With materials provided through several vendors and warehouse locations throughout the U.S., shipping rates may not be immediately available from the shopping cart. Shipping charges are typically determined by shipping origin, shipping destination, approximate shipping weight, and package dimensions. Multiple case orders may require "dimensional weight" pricing (per carrier policy).
- Shipping charges to addresses outside the 150-mile service area may be higher. Due to constant changes in shipping/freight rates, we reserve the right to provide an updated shipping quote for your materials order prior to final order processing and fulfillment.
- Our Carriers & Delivery Options -- Fed Ex or UPS by ground service -- Expedited shipping may be available for certain items
- Local Will Call -- Anaheim, CA showroom location
- LTL Freight Service (CFL, Roadrunner, Target Express, UPS Freight) -- For materials orders over 250#s shipped by pallet(s)
- Primary Shipping Origin -- Anaheim, CA 92806 (Will Call Office for local customers)
- Shipping Service Area -- Domestic U.S. (48 states)
- Shipping Turnaround -- Dependent on daily shipping volume and item availability through local warehouse(s).
Internet Order Processing, Packaging/Preparation & Shipping Turnaround:
- Order Processing Time -- Most Internet customer orders on in-stock items are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
